At NQN we are dedicated to supplying you with the best quality, working gear at the most reasonable price. We source, repair (if necessary) battery and film test every single camera before it goes up on our website. By doing this we can guarantee that each camera is in working condition when it arrives at your door.

Before purchasing from NQN there are some things you should consider:
We sell second hand film cameras. Some cameras can be 50+ years old, they could have been all over the world and lived extraordinary lives before you were even born.
You are not receiving a brand new, untouched, unused film camera therefore, in some cases, there will be signs of use visible on the camera. Signs of use can include scratches, brassing, discolouration or brand new parts. But don't worry we will make it clear in the 'product info' section what applies to each product.

Some of the film we sell is 'expired'. Out of date film can produce some amazing results but this is not without risk. Sometimes the chemicals are too far gone and your film could be blank. The beauty of film is; you never truly know what you are going to get.

Returns
If you need to return an item here is what you need to know:

What can be returned?:
All of our cameras, lenses, and other photographic equipment are covered by a warranty period of 90 days, starting on the date of purchase (unless otherwise specifically stated).​
​
If, within those 90 days, a item is found to be faulty or otherwise defective, then you can return the item to us to assess.
​
During our assessment process we will decide to either repair the fault, or to issue either a full or partial refund depending on whether the repair is economically viable.
​
Faults or defects that are found to be caused by damage during use, or misuse, are not covered by the warranty. In these cases any repair done will be at full cost to you, as will any postage.
​
Our decision in these circumstances is final, and is not subject to appeal.
​
We do not accept returns, nor issue refunds in any circumstances other than in cases where an item is believed to be faulty and covered by the warranty.

Postage:
​
Returning items for warranty assessment is entirely your responsibility - please make sure that you use adequate packaging to prevent damage during transit. We also highly recommend that you arrange for appropriate insurance.

We take no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred to any items sent from you to us that occurs during transit.
​
In cases where the fault or repair is covered by the warranty, we will refund the amount paid for postage to us, but we require you to provide proof of postage.

Film:
​
Film of any kind - fresh, expired, opened, or unopened cannot be returned to us under any circumstances other than because it has arrived to you in a damaged or unusable state.
​
Timing:
​
Any and all returns must be initiated within the 90 day warranty period.
​
Once a return has been initiated, the items in question must be sent to us within 14 days, with proof of postage being provided.
​
We reserve the right to dismiss any returns that are not dispatched within those 14 days.
